Attendance creation with an active team

This feature allows you to create a date to register attendance for a specific team in your activity. This guide applies to teams listed as Active on the main page of live attendance.

1 - Access the 'Live Attendance' feature

If you don't have an active team, select the desired team, and you will be taken directly to the date creation page.

4 - Date creation steps

1. Select a location from your list. If the list is empty, press + location. A small guide to create a location will be provided at step 5.
2. Simply select the desired date and time.
   
3. This option allows you to display in the schedule if people need to arrive before the scheduled time and how much in advance they should arrive. By default, On Time is selected, but you can choose 5, 10, 15, 30, 45, or 60 minutes in advance.
   
4. This step is optional but allows you to easily differentiate the date in a long list.
   
5. This step is optional and allows you to create multiple iterations of this date without having to create them individually. More details will be provided in step 6.

5 - Press this box if you need to create a location.

Add location

1 - Location creation

1. Enter the address, and you can select yours when it appears.
   
2. Give a unique name to the location. This name cannot be one you are already using.
   
3. Press Continue
   

2 - Confirme the information and press Save

3 - Press return to live attendance

6 - Press this box if you want this date to repeat every week on the same day.

Repeat weekly

You need to select an end date for the repetition, then press Continue. The end date is included in the repetition.

Here's an example where there's no repetition and one where I make it repeat every Friday.
