Send a yes or no message to participant
Send a Message is a service that allows you to contact people in your Activity. You can choose to send a message with the intent of receiving a 'Yes' or 'No' response, allow for a more detailed text reply, or simply send a message without expecting any response.
1 - Access the 'Send a Message' feature
2 - Select type of message
3 - Display de First name, Last name and team name for every participants.
- Allows you to view a single group or all groups.
- Send the message to the legal guardian, if applicable.
- Allows you to individually select who will receive the message and how it will be sent. You can also choose to send the message to all visible participants at once.
- Allow you to send the message to a whole team or multiple team. See after the image below.

4 - Compose your message
- The identifier is the name you will see in the message history
- Define the information shown to the recipient. The sender's name will be the alias of your circle, and the title of the message will be 'Message from [Circle Name].'
- You can type your message here, and if you type %n, it will be replaced by the recipient's name in the message. For example, 'Hello %n' becomes 'Hello John.'
5 - Summary
The summary will show you the first and last names of each recipient and where they will receive the message.
6 - The report
After submitting, you will be brought here. Press Report to see the current status of your message.
7 - The report page
- The SMS delivery report tells you the number of SMS messages sent and how many reached their destination. In the case of a failed SMS, it's possible that the phone number is incorrect. If you didn't send an SMS, this section will not be visible.
- You can see the information for each participant and whether they answered or did not answer.
- You can press refresh if you want to see the current status of the message.
